I have been busy the last few days with ARC things - thinking and dreaming and creating some documents, and am super impressed and grateful to all those who joined and put work in this. We have now several spaces&places where planning for 2022 is taking place and getting shaped.
ARC Global Timeline 2022 is on Miro, and has grown into a fantastic beast with everyone pitching in. How cool is that!
ARC Folder on ZOHO Docs* serves for a more administrative and practical purpose. You should all have received an invitation; once you register you will be able to edit, and please do. It is freely available for viewing through the link above, and there are currently 2 documents:
- ARC-Goals is a DeepL translation for the goals we have agreed upon (I used the version Agustin sent in June, I think it is the last)
- Budget-2022 is a spreadsheet with several tabs:
- ARC-2022 - general budget for 2022,
- Events-2022 for budgeting of specific (public) activities & events in 2022,
- Calculator - for the ease of making quick calculations
- 22-001-ARCevents - really there is nothing there, but I made it to copy some standard budgeting, when applying for funding
Anyway, I hope you all can find something useful in these tools. When it comes to the spreadsheet, please feel free to introduce any other quick and simple things to help us stay on top of our foundation - planning and thinking - without (too) much hassle.
You can also add things to the ZOHO folder once you register, I think.
* ZOHO is privacy friendly, and for basic use (like that of us) available for free.

Tuesdays it is with an absolute majority! I hope those who haven't responded or have chosen other days, will be able to make a slight adjustment..
I will shortly change all the general meetings from Wednesdays to Tuesdays, one day up. I will do it for ALL monthly general meetings in 2022 (starting February), so everyone can plan it in.
