Small Update Website

Hi everybody,

I made some changes in the About page of the website. The reason is that I applied for an ANBI label for the ARC one of the obligations is that we need to publish relevant information about the foundation and that needs to be easy to find. For now I got rid of the membership part and expanded the foundation information and put it on top of the page.
